1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Atlas(“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
Atlas is an iOS workout tracking application that lets you build routines, log sets and reps, schedule reminders, view progress statistics, and read heart rate from and write completed workouts to Apple Health. Atlas runs entirely on your device.
3. Use License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Atlas for personal or commercial purposes on devices you own or control, in accordance with these terms and the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
4. Privacy & Data
Atlas runs entirely on your device. Your data is handled as follows:
- No account or sign-up is required.
- All routines, workouts, heart rate readings, and bodyweight entries are stored locally on your iPhone.
- With your permission, Atlas reads heart rate from Apple Health during a workout and writes completed workouts and bodyweight entries to Apple Health.
- Atlas does not transmit your data to Synonymy, third parties, advertisers, or any external server.

6. User Content
You retain ownership of all content you create using Atlas, including routines, workout history, heart rate data, and bodyweight entries. Synonymy does not claim any rights to your content. Since all data is stored locally, you are responsible for backing up your content.
7. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App or any of its components.
- Redistribute, sublicense, or resell the App or any part of it.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
Atlas is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Workout tracking, heart rate readings, volume calculations, and progress statistics are tools to support your training and should not be considered medical or professional fitness advice. Consult a qualified professional before beginning any exercise program.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Synonymy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Atlas, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or device performance issues.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of Atlas after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
