Application Code

The source code of Atlas is proprietary and confidential. No part of the application may be reproduced, distributed, modified, reverse-engineered, or used to create derivative works without prior written permission from Synonymy.

Third-Party Services

Atlas integrates with Apple Health for heart rate, workouts, and bodyweight. All third-party names, logos, and trademarks belong to their respective owners:

• Apple, the Apple logo, Apple Health, Apple Watch, HealthKit, and HKWorkout are trademarks of Apple Inc.
• Exercise demonstration videos in the exercise library are used under their respective licenses and remain the property of their original creators.

User Content

All content created by users within Atlas — including routines, workout history, heart rate readings, and bodyweight entries — remains the sole property of the user. Synonymy does not claim any intellectual property rights over user-generated content.
