Application Code

The source code of Polish is proprietary and confidential. No part of the application may be reproduced, distributed, modified, reverse-engineered, or used to create derivative works without prior written permission from Synonymy.

Third-Party Services

Polish renders mockups using device frames and platform presets. All third-party names, logos, and trademarks belong to their respective owners:

• Apple, the Apple logo, and App Store are trademarks of Apple Inc.
• Device frames and platform names (such as Instagram, X, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Shopify, and Etsy) are trademarks or trade dress of their respective owners and are referenced only to indicate export sizes and presentation formats.

User Content

All content created by users within Polish — including imported screenshots and recordings, compositions, and exported images — remains the sole property of the user. Synonymy does not claim any intellectual property rights over user-generated content.
